We know that the prospect of building your own home may seem a daunting task, however you may be interested to know that approximately 50% of our customers have never built a house before and they have all been highly satisfied with the result.

We firmly believe that as each site is unique – and because of your specific requirements – your home should be tailored to suit your site and your budget. Your aim must be to achieve the maximum benefit and enjoyment from the design of your new home, not only in terms of the layout but also in relation to the position on your site. Our standard house types are designed in order that they can easily be modified if necessary to meet your requirements. We also offer the facility of designing a home to your needs or manufacturing to your designated architect’s design.

Our sales staff will be able to assist you and to give valuable help, they are expected to spend as much time as is necessary to achieve your ideal house design. The detailed house drawings required for Planning and Building Warrant approval, together with Kit Structural Design Certificate are included within the cost of your kit for submission by your own architect or agent.

If you are building your new home on a self build basis we can give advice choosing sub-contractors and helping with details of construction.

If you wish we could introduce you to one of our accredited N.H.B.C. builders, subject to location and site, on whom you can rely to maintain our standards of construction. Their prices are normally very competitive and offer exceptional value for money. They can issue detailed price quotations at your request after viewing your site.

We must emphasise that it is in our company’s best interest to ensure that everything runs smoothly for you through each stage as the majority of our work comes from personal recommendation and repeat business.
