The Traditional "Lowland Range" from Moorpark
Homes with the cost effectiveness and thermal efficiency of timber
frame in keeping with the traditional charm of country homes of yesterday.
With planning requirements constantly changing and designs leaning
more towards the "cottage style" we have incorporated four
new house types of a rural character to enhance our standard range.
These however are only an example of what Moorpark can offer. Any of
our designs can be modified to achieve the traditional appearance bearing
in mind that while your house has the "cottage look" you
also have the added advantage of low cost fuel bills, easy maintenance
and last but not least an excellent value kit manufactured with quality
materials.

The 'Glenesk' house type has
been designed from the 'Leafield Park', one of the popular
standards. It has been increased in length with the lounge
reversed to suit a rural situation. The three spacious bedrooms
have built-in wardrobes with an en-suite shower & toilet
in bedroom one, a small study which can be doubled as an
extra bedroom is suitably located to the rear. A very spacious
kitchen combined family room is incorporated with separate
utility at the rear entrance. The front elevation is complimented
by a stylish entrance porch to give the overall 'cottage
effect' |
 |
The 'Glencaple' is a traditional
1.5 storey house with dormers to the front elevation. This
design consists of a well appointed lounge, dining & kitchen
and a large utility & bathroom.
The ground floor
bedroom has spacious
built in wardrobes
with window to
front
elevation. The upper floor has three spacious bedrooms complimented
with a shower room toilet & washhand basin. The 'Glencaple'
has good design principles, is easily modified to suit most
rural locations and can be reversed if the view is required
to the rear. This design is idealy suited where planning requirements
only allow a single or one & a half storey house design
and is particularly appropriate in a conservation
area. |
 |
The 'Glentrool' is based on the very popular
'Richland Park' house type modified to blend into the countryside
with the L-shape to the rear, and the floor area increased
to give a large lounge, dining & kitchen area. Four well
designed bedrooms are incorporated with a spacious en-suite
to the master bedroom. The large bathroomhas roomfor an 'extra
shower' with the utility ideally situated at the side entrance.
The 'Glentrool' is a spacious, well designed house ideal for
those who prefer plenty of living area. |
